About

Established in 2004, the Balkan Center for Regulatory Reform (BCRR) is a policy-focused CSO founded by a diverse group of lawyers, economists, political and social scientists, and academics from Serbia and other Balkan countries. BCRR’s projects aim to support the creation, implementation, and promotion of research, projects, and workshops focused on regulatory, public administration, and economic reform in the Balkan region. Additionally, the organization strives to enhance regional cooperation among SEE countries in the Better Regulation area, to make the region more attractive for private investments.
